  1. Honest answer, I will bump up the employee on the waiting list for the next available inpatient bed. If it’s critical I will push out the the least sick because we take of our own. I tell staff to call me directly if they are waiting in the emergency room and I will get them and theirs a bed. I will do this 100% of the time. I see my coworkers more than I see my family, to me they are my family, and family takes care of family.
