  10.  @tuesdayy9103  Culturally you have been conditioned to think that way. 16 & 17 year old people have only been considered to be children in the US since the 1950’s. Nature says I’m a woman as soon as I get my period. Biblically an adult woman was 12 and a male 13 and they could consent to marriage at these ages. Soldiers fought in the US civil war as young as 12.
