  5. Whatever a kids physical age is mentally he is two years younger. Most of the kids in this country lost 2 years of education, adult mentoring and discipline. I would trial him as a minor. He would still be in police custody from 14-21 years of age. That’s 8 years of prison.

  6. Move or learn the gun laws, get a gun, use the gun within the scope of the law. Because this is going to boil over eventually to a point of someone or something getting killed.
