  1. So, by making motorists go at a slow pace aren't they polluting the atmosphere more as the engines push out more exhaust? Also, I bet they have smartphones, which are one of the gadgets that add more CO2 to the atmosphere through mining for components and the chemicals needed for the plastic than most domestic devices. Or am I being thick?
