  1. Both are different things. Dalit affirmation action is because their properties are with either Muslims or non-Dalits Hindus. It has to do with the non-implementation of Enemy Property Act. Majority of those dalits find difficultly in getting jobs or passing college also. Some also commit suicide. He is American, why should he be worried about what is happening in each and every country regarding this.
