  1. noor37130 Indian muslims were given 25% of land so that they can stay in pakistan not in india. Most of the muslins didn't participate in independence struggle. They were fighting with Hindus for pakistani. According to united Nation only those muslims who voluntary came to india from pakistan and participated in indian freedom movement can stay in india. In other words only 1.5% of total population. Even Karachi was made by Hindu Sindhi people.

  3. noor37130 that is not a radical argument that is part of history. And I only pissed off that I born as jain but muslims opposed for recognition of jain. This year they are officially recognized. Now I am atheist and muslims again fighting it not to be recognized. I am not the one who is going to decide it has to be decided by indian muslims themselves what they want. It is also depends on which law or agreement you look at. By international laws close to 1.25%, patitio act 1% +2% will decide later. By nehru liaquant pact 4.5 % currently. Yes you are right about Kerala and indian pm said that Kerala is next kashmir and Kerala up west bengal and Bihar may not be part of india union after 2040-2050. Even Kerala cm said the same thing 2 years back. But with growing population and less resource india is heading for a civil war. Hope I am wrong and things work out fine. Anyway you and your family did the best thing by running away from this mess created by nehru and congress. If you have time then read Columbia university article on indian muslims 1970. It will explain you exactly the current situation of india.

  4. noor37130 dude that is unresolved issue of indian subcontinent. After independence indian muslims have no right to stay in india by m a khan. Similarly for pakistani hindus. No international laws condemn the genocide of hindus in Bangladesh and ongoing in pakistan because they don't have any rights. Similarly for kashmiri muslims and gujarat riots. 89.5 % of indian muslims voted for pakistan and refused to move after creation. So it is like indian muslims created a land for themselves and then acting selfish now. Had pakistan performed better economically most of them moved to pakistan. Nehru closed the border to use Muslims as vote bank. Most of the indian muslims acted against india and refused population control, uniform civil code, banned so many religion which never happened in india history, no animal rights, no religious clothing rule, no religious building rule, no women rights, against child rights. Are there any rules that indian muslims follow? Indian muslims have succeded in destroying pakistan, Bangladesh and india also. You have zero contribution in solvinv india population and education issue. Also I was stating international laws. Partition act allows only 1-3 percentage of indian population to be muslims. You can stay here for riots or partition what more can I say?

  5. noor37130 no I am not a lawyer. Interested in indian subcontinent history. Tried to read world history but gave up. But yes I do know thing that probably known to say 0.1% of indian but more and more are getting to know though internet. It has created huge problem for indian muslims now. I am staying will three kerala muslims and they all want to stay in india but don't want to follow indian laws. In order to show fake patriotism they will bad mouth pakistani and say kashmir is part of india. Basically I was lucky to study history under an American teacher. I didn't like it when she told so many issues created by nehru that most of us hated her. But things are turning ugly now, as predicted that might happen by Columbia university. You can also find a lot of unhrc petition by indian muslims to safe guard from secularism and Hindu gods. Most of the time they don't reply or ask for follow law of the land. Secretly all human rights officer say why Indian muslims don't move to pakistan if they have issues with hindus. What better offer any country can offer? So don't be surprised if hear a lot if riots in india in future or movement of many muslims to pakistan. I will accept any verdict as that of god or law of nature. It is the indian muslims who has to understand that riots will not take them far away, follow law of the land and the agreement of partition signed by muslim league and congress. My big concern is that If indian muslims act funny then whole world muslims community will be sidelined, segregated and neglected. Not good times for subcontinent muslims and muslims at large.

If Hindus from Pakistan cant allow to move to Pakistan then where should they go? Atleast they will not be force converted ot raped for bring non-muslims.

  7. ***** I agree, I should have used the word many. I also agree with you that Muslims from Maharashtra support least to Pakistan. Till now I have met only Muslims from Maharastra special Mumbai who doesnt support Pakistan. http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Azad_Maidan_riots I have seen biggest support among Hyderabadi, Tamil, Kerala, Kashmir, UP Muslims. No some still keep moving. On an average you can find 1-2 articles on Pakistani newspaper. http://tribune.com.pk/story/748745/am-i-pakistani-or-am-i-indian/ I am staying with four Muslims from Kerala and all of them want India to an Islamic State but at the same time three of them dont like Pakistan, not sure why but only one of them want to move to Pakistan.
