@mrnabby4178 He was never killed. He died in air plane accident. https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Air_India_Flight_101 He also died in 1966. Nehru decided in 1964 that India will not be a Nuclear power/weapon state. So Homi Bhabha dead had no impact on Indian Nuclear program as it was upto India to decide before 1967 whether it wants to become a Nuclear weapon state or not. Nehru already decided that.
