  1. Not sure what do you smoke? Modi is the second PM to have been ever invited for a state visit. First one after India-China war (that too only President) and second one for Nuclear deal. Before Nov'2009, Indian PMs were never invited for a state visit. This is only the third state visit by an Indian leader to the US, the first two coming in June 1963 (President S Radhakrishnan) and November 2009 (PM Manmohan Singh).

  2. So an engine developed in 2010 is old. So why do USA uses GE engines in USA fighter planes? IIT - Kanpur is already there. Setting up universities in India is not USA job. No one is forcing you to write primitive codes.
