  1. That system existed during British period also. Nehru ruled like a democratic dictator without any opposition. Did Nehru has any other choice, the answer is NO. Nehru cannot be given a credit for the things that he didnt do or claimed to be. There is some major differences between Ambedkar Constitution and Nehruvian constitution. What so great about Indian constitution, it is just a copy of existing constitution in other countries? We would have a better constitution if Modi and Amit Shah had been there, it is a fact. You can compare them with Sardar Patel. You hate Modi because he is OBC and you hate Amit Shah because of him being a Jain Minority.
