  1. High carbohydrate is the issue. That is an unnatural diet for most Indians, but nope, we are not ready to change our food diets as our love for Brahmavad. Ayurveda is against the diet that mostly Hindu have been forced to consume by Brahmavadi. Also 70% of Indians are lacto intolerance.
