@dougoverhoff7568 It is hard to hire excellent people for the government, as they would make a lot more for the same skills in the private sector, Doug Overhoff. I always knew I could make more somewhere else and did it anyway, but not everyone would do that. Also, it usually takes years of seniority to get eight paid weeks off.
