  3.  @Mtaalas  If they are smart, they will distinguish between expectation and need. We don't need people in our lives who would deliberately hurt us. Also, it may be useful to look at the finite number of triggers of anger (Threat to life or limb, Insult, Family, Environment, Mating, Order in Society, Access to resources, or being Stopped from doing something we want to do). If the expectation set up by an asswang was unrealistic, picture it as a soap bubble and extinguish it with a pin. Hahaha. The key is to not let people who would do that into your life, and to get rid of them if you realize that you have done it on accident, because it didn't occur to you how mean and awful some people can be. Who needs those people?
