@OliverDayGuitar , I am curious. How do you know that consciousness comes before embodiment? If you mean "embodiment" as in "having one's body?"

Parents, but mine are gone. They were both excellent and terrible. In times of stress, I respond to the awful as if that is all there is. I have to learn not to do that, but it will take trusting people to be on my side. That didn't always work out when it came to my parents.
