  1.  @brianjones2899  Sporting organizations? I can see similarities between the WHO and the UN. These are advisory bodies based on a loose federation of members. They are formed and put in place to do what we see them do. Sometimes these are better than nothing, sometimes worse.

  2. Corrupt or incompetent or impotent, Brian Jones? I would like to know how it happened. Unless they had regulatory authority that included the power to impose penalties, they were only an advisory body and make an easy scapegoat. Supervisory authority was by jurisdiction, and we can do accurate post mortems on the performance and results of them all when this is over.
