That's so lame as what they are telling creators, "consult a lawyer," rather than giving you criteria. I suspect that this was on the advice of their lawyers. I hope they get their asses sued off. I suspect that most of the creators who would want to embark can't afford it. Mainly because the rules for de-monetization are also not spelled out to us.
