  1.  @addictbrian17  Why would state-owned banks fail? If they were not corrupt at the top, wouldn't that create leverage to put the profits into public goods and services instead of sucking the money out of the economy to sit in offshore accounts as we have in the west? If the government owned the banks, would there be any "zombie banks" as there are here in the US?
