@TesterAnimal1 Any group will do this. It's human nature.

@joecater894 Elderly people who remember "the Who" are likely shaking their heads and saying "Meet the new boss. Same as the old boss."

A 1% vaccination rate might not represent Africa if Morroco had a vaccination rate of 52 per 100 people, which is close to the rate of the United States.
3
There are many ways to poison, Syfa Delgado. It seems suspicious that one that is supposedly traceable to a single country would have been chosen if the Russians had done it.
3
@shapermechanist A racket. I can see why no German politicians met them after we snuck out in the middle of the night.
3
Perhaps the babies won't recollect, Sam. I heard a comment yesterday about a three month old baby who had only known conflict in his young life. I doubt he would care, having only recently mastered visually-directed reaching.
3
I am Canadian and American and don't want this, Sam. Dissolve NATO and we don't have this problem.
3
@hersirnordic2814 That's harsh. Jamie Rosario could write a letter to Congress? Urging them to start WWIII. What are you going to do?
2
@hersirnordic2814 I am frustrated that all I seem to have are my comments, as I have found writing my representatives and not getting a response my only other means. Do you ever feel that way? What else can we do?
2
The Geneva Convention does not regulate drone footage. Af anyone were paying attention Deandre Dunbar. I wonder if that's one reason it's used?
2
@SG-ct2tb I have the impression that it's so engrained in their financial agencies and processes that it is still true today. I had thought for a long time that the vestiges of colonialism would surely be "thrown off" with the "end" of colonialism.
2
@AugustusOmega So striking surgically would, in some cases, be better for the victims.
2
@pierredecine1936 Cool beans?
2
Beowulf Battenberg Naive question, but are they talking? Perhaps they could reach an agreement?
2
@lomborg4876 It's difficult to see what either would gain?
2
@piconano Another possibility would be indifferent to good and evil. That is central to some religions.
2
@brunobgl If true, that will be excellent.
2
@Crashed131963 Agreed. NATO has been obsolete for some time.
2
@angelinavisions8795 I hope it doesn't escalate any further. Whatever we call it now.
1
Which may end better or worse. I bet the drafters of the Geneva Convention talked about that one a long time. If I could choose, I'd take my chances, Jeff Spiers.
1
Thanks for presenting a fact-checker. Now take out all the sentences that are opinion and could not be fact checked as a result.
1
Seems like a factor, GeoEconomics. Also I imagine that we are nervous about Russia going off the SWIFT system, which would weaken our position as the global currency. China and other countries are most likely rooting for that.
1
@kirrax111 I don't think the investors would approve. Who would do it?
1
@ahermit272 So, not what they seem?
1
What would motivate when one of the signatories can't be trusted to not renege, Pejman Setatpour? I haven't studied the stakes.
1
Wikipedia on the Geneva Convention says that they are more than compliant with the rules of war. Under the Geneva Convention, the people in the steel factory should be taken prisoner, but apparently the Russians are just letting them go, James Fodor.
1
@johnbeggs9669 The Taliban is a large percentage of the Afgan population. I hope the Afghanis reach an agreement where the government represents everyone. Democracy? It would be what people wanted for themselves more than something else.
1
@erismana2105 That seems likely.
1
Mike Pompeo, Alex Lebruel.
1
Only the Best Island Music I think he was talking about the role of the CIA. It is catchy under a photo of him, though. I have watched him attempting to do exactly that.
1
@bulthaosen1169 There could be programs that have waited on there for years to interfere if "need be."
1
@benwilson1088 Planners in Phoenix often recommend natural desert landscaping. An important feature is that if the natural washes are preserved, desert washes can remain corridors for wildlife to sometimes coexist well with development. It's a small portion of the development costs. Sometimes developers prefer the bottom line, but there are negative externalities. If planners make too many demands in this arena, it can negatively impact housing affordability. It's always a trade-off.
1
"We got Osama Bin Laden, and that's what we were there for?" Please read "The Killing of Osama Bin Laden" by Seymour Hirsch. You are calling this an American victory?
1
@doriannamjesnik3007 It seems like we want to be unquestionable ourselves.
1
@harmless6813 I didn't notice him squirming.
1
@harmless6813 Maybe because I used to work in government and eventually said as little as possible in interviews, which were often misconstrued regardless. I thought that he did a good job in this, as he managed to say more. It didn't look as stiff and contrived as I think of some of our spokespeople.
1
Are you turning it into a morality play, absent facts, Zoltan III? Hahaha. Well. It is true that you know most of the facts.
1
So this could be a false flag to start a war? I hope nobody does anything hasty. Both countries will lose if there is a war.
1
bla bla I have found that Vice is often inaccurate. I have read that both the Afgan military and Taliban soldiers do it because other employment is not available. They are the people of Afganistan.
1
@littlefiend100 China could do some good here.
1
@harrysingh8791 It won't work.
1
Baron. It's not bad to be blunt if one also tells the truth about oneself.
1
Baron. You?
1
You appear to be writing from the future Hilda Elson. Did we?
1
Shaka Zulu Billions rising out of poverty to buy cars and eat meat. Is that what you meant with the flames?
1
@ken91656 Fortune cookie?
1
What is he hoping to accomplish? This pipeline is close to complete. European companies and countries have invested ten billion. I thought these countries were our allies.
1
@furqanasif3989 One could argue that they now do appear to represent the majority of Afgan people. Will the theocracy or a more moderate popular will prevail? We should listen to what they say.
