@autumnh5027 she enabled it. She beguiled the child. She led her away. She killed her. He wanted her to. He raped her. I would say they are equally responsible. Both are deserving of the death penalty. I agree both are equally responsible. I am glad the justice system saw that. Many times, the man gets the heavy sentence and the women gets leniency. I can give you at least 5 examples of that.

I became a father last year and I went from being an opponent of the death penalty to full support. This guy needs a long drop with a sudden stop. I would gladly stomp this guys head till there wasn’t a bone left to break.

@ケジ-i4f that would be an adequate punishment

@RobinTheBot unfortunately when you say “speak up”, as someone who rarely speaks up, that triggers me.

I think you’re missing the point. I was talking metaphorically. I’m just saying I support the death penalty now

@blunderbuss9984 would I murder someone who killed a child? If it was my child, yes I would. Depending on if I had other children to support. The sentence would be light, no court would probably convict you. Would I murder a child killer? Yes, if I was certain I wouldn’t be prosecuted for it. Like trapped on a desert island. Or if I was already in prison for life, I would kill them. It’s a very complex question. I think it’s partly a troll question. Are you telling me you wouldn’t do the human race a service by getting rid of the trash?

@ケジ-i4f blah blah student acid nonsense

@ケジ-i4f Democrat much? This is one of the best arguments against it. If you had a better standard of evidence then maybe. If you had a child, the thought of someone raping and killing them would certainly lead you to wish to murder their killer.

@ケジ-i4f do you not feel burning anger to those who harm the innocent and weak?

@ケジ-i4f ah I thought you were the usual democrat criminal protection team. I’m not even American I’m English anyway. Ok so let’s just say I made a comment on emotion. If I had to think this through and make a decision then I would be more careful. If anyone like Rafferty did that to my kid, if I could get to them, I would kill them. No question. I don’t care about the consequences. The court might not convict, the judge may be lenient. Even if you go to jail, the other inmates would probably give you a pass (in the U.K. you would be considered a hero in prison - not sure in the states if it would count or if you’d still end up a bitch if you weren’t gang affiliated) There would be a lot of people who would donate to help your family. Plus you could die happy knowing that you at least avenged your angels death.

@ケジ-i4f don’t care

And he did it, not even for money, or for his own protection, or in revenge, or for any constructive reason (not that any murder is constructive but you get what I mean) He did it because he wanted to cum. That’s it. Her life was worth one f+** to him. That’s what makes it so evil. A human lift is worth 10 minutes “fun” to him.

Giving sentences like this give bargaining power to the penal system over the criminal. You get better behaved prisoners if they at least get the idea of parole. You don’t get the insane rape dungeons of the US system. People who killed someone in a fight by mistake have to go to the same prison. Massive sentences just make prisons full of complete fiends who know they are never getting out. That’s the point of these sentences. This guy is never getting out, but giving the fake carrot of parole makes them easier to control. Personally I would give the guy the death penalty, but I’m not in charge. He should suffer the same fate as the angel he killed. But, many lower level prisoners need to share quarters with these guys. I believe in the death penalty for child killers, but I don’t believe your run of the mill drug dealers etc should have to be raped and tortured by lifers with no chance of parole. Prison is to keep these people away, not to torture people.
