  1. I watched this video two days ago and saw a CHP officer stopping traffic. Why, was the CHP stopping traffic to move an obstruction from the freeway. Thank you, CHP for keeping us safe. I am glad, they have those kangaroo bars on the front of the Interceptor. (:
