  1. I have a hybrid for my daily. It is a wonderful car for daily traffic filled driving. It is also wonderful because of the technology. I don’t know how long it’ll last but I’ll do my best to keep it maintained. That is in hopes it’ll give me 10+ years and 300,000 miles of service.

  2. Personally I like the look of the DC5 more. But never driven a Type R model. 😢😢😢 I would like to experience one of these DC5 - R models one day. Anybody got stories to share of both platforms?

  3. Darrell Ton I prefer the SC’s body shape over the 90’s Supra. It’s more elegant and sexy. Good build platform as well.

  10. Good coverage of the MR2 sir. I knew about K swaps and the Toyota V6 swap. I'd personally do the V6 myself but a v8??? That'd be interesting.

  21.  @henryhawkins1194  Question for you. I’ve been looking to buy a Toyota/Lexus from that era. So far the ones I’ve driven feel very sluggish or the transmission isn’t shifting down gears. Is this common or potentially the models I’ve looked at?

  26.  @negativeindustrial  That’s what I felt when I drove a 3UZ recently. The transmission was holding up the platform. These engines are very powerful from the factory 🏭. I’d like to drive one that’s manually driven and see how it wakes up. (:
