  1. "Innovation" is what comes out from gifted-brains. Period!... I really can't understand what makes "innovation" dependent on an increasing & forced multi-culturalism (diversity). However, I can see that the "consumer demands"... yes, the consumer demands, are the true reason behind these "imperative ideas"!...
