Whoever did that, i hope they get shot dead, hacked to death or get the worst cancer possible! A pack of dogs tearing the motherf*cker into shreds whilst he/she screams agony will also be great! Had i been there or i'm ever in the situation where i come a dog in such a predicament i'll do all my power to seriously hurt the worthless perpetrator! I would bask in pleasure hearing them scream and beg for their sorry life. If you know or suspect any scumbag doing this to another dog, make them pay BIG TIME!! Hurt them real bad and then call the cops to clear out the trash!
