  4. You can hold a amount of weed on the streets honey.... with al the tourism we can outrun not only Denver but Jamaica to. Heroin and other hard drugs might not bring in taxes but the hospital bills, cleaning companys, taxi services and other service's who pay taxes do. Look at the big picture sweetheart them you'll see who makes more money when it's about drugs.
