Holy cow, you should've seen the air, lake, and river pollution back in 1970! Chicago is much, much less polluted today. "intolerable weather..." Intolerable weather? Uh, like wildfire weather (e.g., Little Bear in 2012, Las Conchas in 2011, etc.)?
