MMA fighters don't think training boxing is important till they fight a guy who's MMA foundation was built on boxing 😂 look at Aljo getting KOed by Suga, now Sean Strickland out boxing 'the best striker' in the UFC no takedowns required. Boxing skills + the ability to defend MMA strikes = champion

Flow state is pretty easily achieveable if you're an athlete. Happens a lot in light sparring and hitting the bag, you're just in the zone. Music usually helps 👌 consciousness is awesome

@Ashamed.Loser69 listen man I'm a writer so it sucks for me too, but we're all going to be replaced. We're not special. My electrician job is replaceable too, even if it will come much further than robots writing rhymes.
