Let's wait and see how prosperous Russia really has become. The war's almost at an end and Russia has, for all intents and purposes, de-industrialised and demilitarised Ukraine and Europe. The electorate in the EU and USA appear to have less Russophobic tendencies than their leaders and the end of NATO also appears to be on the horizon. Either way, the Russians have reached their objectives and the end of US and NATO hegemony has become a reality. Let's celebrate the new, multipolar, global order and agree to disagree on various matters rather than trying to enforce the now defunct 'rules-based order' on one another.

  8.  @good2goskee  perhaps you should rather use World Bank and MIF data to see that from a GDP on purchasing power parity perspective, Russia has the 4th largest economy with the best growth rate of any global economy. Russia's income cannot be gauged by western countries as it falls outside the purvue of the SWIFT payment system. Your sources are highly questionable to say the least!

Combined nominal EU GDP for '22 was $16 trillion after it declined by 3% from '21. 70% of that was from the services sector (financial laundering) so in real comparative terms to a real industrial base economy, the real GDp was only around $11trillion. 2024 is going to be a very bad year for the deindustrialising EU. Watch this space😉🇷🇺🥃
