This particular post is a prime example where he makes so many statements that can be argued against by those whom you've dismissed as bots, naysayers etc. His opening line ' .....the US never patrolled the global oceans for itself....'. If I were to argue that 'the only reason the US Navy patrolled the oceans was to enforce its hegemony and that the reason for ceasing with these actions is firstly, it realized it's no longer the intimidating presence it once was secondly US diplomacy has hit an all time low and it therefore no longer has any friends in regions such as those in the gulf states'. For stating my opinion, my argument is automatically dismissed! Perhaps you can't offer a good counter argument!

  32. Mr Zeihan, are you in Kherson or somewhere in Texas. If the latter, I'd love to know your sources of information. My sources, who are all ex-military on the frontlines are telling me a completely different version to that of yours. Firstly, Russia has been evacuating civilians from Kherson for quite some time,. Having now achieved that, all the troops have withdrawn leaving zilch / zero / nada equipment or troops behind. All that was left behind were a bunch of blow-up military vehicle to get the Ukes and their western masters to expend a lot of ammo attempting to blow these 'tanks' up. The Ukes, having learnt calamitously from previous attempts to occupy areas where Russia has withdrawn strategically , that they will again have their backsides handed to them by Russian artillery. I suppose Zelensky was happy to lose so many troops in order to claim a 'victory' over the Russians. Please don't stop feeding us with your 'theories' as to how the war is progressing as it's certainly one of my weekly entertainment highlights. Good bedtime stories! Thank you and God bless.
