FARMER STRONG! one of the best health styles. moderate work over long periods, eating off the land, exposure to the sun and air.

not going to even bother watching this... but... "Does Anyone Else Feel Like Everything Has Changed?" yeah... time is linear.... everything changes all the time. we have to grow up, progress, and no... growing up does not mean forgetting all the good things we felt as a kid. we dont have to give up hope and dreams and creativity. but we do have to think about the future and our responsibilities. we are stuck in a world diseased with nostalgia, regressives harping on an imagined past, people playing peter pan, and doomers with no imagination or goals for the future.

yeah ..no .... the "affordability" of vitmain D and slightly better food is not the main issue. a healthier LIFESTYLE is the issue. the compound stresses of a life in poverty and paycheck-to-paycheck survival. most of us are in the capitlaisthellscape of working just to live. people need TIME to have a healthy life. along with appropriate stressors. let's get prescriptions for: universal healthcare (including preemptive care) significant annual leave regulations on crapfood / subsidies for healthy food reduced work weeks / work hours restored natural lands and care for nature (bring back the CCC )

regarding Kellogg's, lets not leap off the edge here, "this could be something that we could easily implement without a pharmacist without testing without a a physician in any country of the world ". let's not go down the path of Tuskegee again... what we need is ACTUAL science on these methods. not just throwing hope into the wind and getting uncontrolled data sets back.

first five minutes .... he admits he was just looking for a silver bullet in drugs when he first started practicing. um.. yeah.. it's pretty short sighted to JUST look for a magic pill. edit{it is interesting that they are quick to say that keto is not a panacea, but in their early careers that's what they thought. i am glad to see growth, but also... it sounds like a way of hedging a bet ; and a CYA for a lawsuit} you is it that so many "smart people" think that treating symptoms is treating or curing the root causes.... this drives me crazy. --- not to reject science and embrace traditional medicine .. but ... there are absolutely things that need to be looked at in both fields. neither side should be wholly rejected. we just need science to figure out what myths are based on anything. finding the mechanism of action. "Let food be thy medicine" is a basic common sense thing. environmental pressures bio-chemistry / DNA / DNA expression feelings / perceptions / mindset community / isolation / alienation stress / support lifestyle / socio-economics i dislike the pop use of the term term, but we need a wholistic approach. (my use of the spelling WHolistic is intentional, to separate from the homeopathic pseudo con and snake oil of "holistic" peddlers)

sooooo we all here support government regulation to essentially shut down all kinds of businesses correct? oh... and comprehensive medical treatment for all... including time off, and access to activities, equipment , food , medicine, experts etc, ?

it's kind of funny that taking care of our "alien " cells, is how we cure our "human" issues ( all said very tongue and cheek )

so.. if part of the answer is going keto for a reset.... what about after the reset? what diet ought a person have after the reset. because people were not keto prior to the obesity epidemic...... and that is a big part of the premise here. thoughts?

so there... that's an issue for me... saying that symptoms come back when their levels simply drop tells me that diet change is not a cure. at best , from the comparison to drug resistance, food is just a longer term possibly a non resistance forming treatment. am i missing something here?

"rigorous medical version of the ketogenic diet" it is not just a laypersons attempt at a keto diet, the fad version, the non clinic version. to make ANY of these claims, and not just be anecdotal placebo effect nonsense; it has to be Rigorius and Medical
