  2. IDK ... you're not wrong. but the narrative needs a little improvement in one spot , IMO. ( you do kind of cover my gripe, just want to point it out, engage with the material) dollar tree is not about "being a deal" ... it is about being cheap. I'm not sure the impression is really, cheap=bargain , though .... its more, cheap= lower immediate price + convenience, again.. because of food deserts.

  4. nah... my local grocery store owners are crooks. from the chain stores, to the franchised chain stores, to the independents, to the bodegas. they are all crooks.

  5. what's funny is that centralized economies (a very "communist" idea) seem to work great under capitalism (see dollar tree or walmart), but the lefties can't get their own distribution centers to work( do they even try with any real effort?) . where are leftists trying to get a food network to the masses?
