@Pfromm007 between corporations and politicians ... um.. yeah... are you just trying to be "clever"? or do you really not know the difference?

maps are hardly ever 'truthful'. 1) they are often intentionally vague 2) they use a bad visualization for the given data 3) people do not reach them correctly just look at election maps. data illiterate people see a bunch of red and think the nation is a red nation by POPULATION ... which... is completely wrong. they conflate land area with population. that is why density mapping is SO much more honest for an election map. population DROPS after -97 Long, but on a map it is a sea of red. this is why we need literary as a common sense need again. not to mention the humanities and science as a need; a common thread across the American culture. unfortunately this video is on Business Insider. though economy is of course important, the direction we go with economy is super important. we need to stop caring about exponential growth and profit. we need to delegate our attention on standards and quality of life for ALL.

being willing to pay extra for the MOMENT, with a guarentee of developing the technology and de-investing in more polluting technology, sure.... paying more so corps can profit more... NOPE, to continue polluting... NOPE.

only had to watch the first minute... answer... CAPITALISM. we have bought into the idea of free market capitalism and now are seeing what it all really meant. ( even though socialist have been screaming these warning for nearly 100 years now) and stack climate change denial too it, a perfect storm that these support STILL can't see. mostly because they still think that one day there promise "meritocracy" will happen 🤣goobers...

@maestrulgamer9695 if people are warning the population about , in this case "free market" capitalism. where do you get that they are hypocrites?
1
@maestrulgamer9695 um... "more" problems... i certainly do not see that being the case. please describe what problems can you cite?

@maestrulgamer9695 free market capitalism is defined as a system where the means of production are privately owned, profits are privately owned, and prices are set at "what he market can bear" socialism, in its simplest definition, is a system where the means of production are owned by the laborers, and the profits go to the laborers, with the margin of profit being able to cover the labor and work. the ethos if capitalism is individual OWNER wealth. the ethos of socialism is distribution of wealth to the LABORERS.

@maestrulgamer9695 um... socialism from a business perspective , since we are comparing it to capitalism, has nothing to do with government control. it has to do with the structure of the business and labor control. in this context the government has equal interference as in capitalism. restate your position please

@maestrulgamer9695 SAYING "It isn't practical!" is not an argument. that is jsut a staement you are makins. we have unions... they work... we have co-ops... they work... we have companies that individualy operate as loose socialist structures... they work... you seem to just have a stiffy for capitalism with no actually thought out position. think it over... read .... go touch grass. and come back when you have learned something.

"16 Ways To Solve Trash" top answers should be taken care of by the producer not the secondary market of "recycling" produce less trash producer need to make products that do not become "trash" business need to take the burden of their waste the burden needs to be on the producers , resellers retailers. unfortunately in reality the burden is kicked down to individuals and the toxic consequences are passed on to our children. what we call "profits" under capitalism is just the furfures of the next generation. profits are stealing natural wealth from the future.
