"boosting technology level" is impossible under your system here... you JSUT SAID... there was nothing else to buy... if there was the potential to buy more things, in this case whatever it takes to "boost technology" ... then the laborers with the extra cash could have done it.... you seem to just be promoting the top dog to control the technology... why are you permitting the boss to widen the pie but not permitting the laborers to widen the pie? * is this video even worth watching the remaining 28 minutes?
