can we get a video in epigenetics, stress responses, gene expression, and this budding idea of "generational trauma". i have a laypersons understanding of epigenetics but the narrative in the "generational trauma" groups is WAY too far for me. they weave a story about nearly psychic trauma, memory transfer from a grandparent through an unborn child further to the cells that would be the grandchild. the claim is that the cels are there and epigenetics change the gene expression all the way down. i find this INCREDBLY unlikely. just the idea that the cells that have been altered will become the GRANDCHILD!?!?! does a ovary even have the same cells since THEIR mother was in their grandmothers womb?!?!?!! i dont buy it. i foudn this and thought htis would be a good video to ask about cells in a fetus. "However, scientists have found that some of these cells have many more divisions which suggests that new eggs were forming over a woman’s lifetime. While the research is still in its infancy and has only been conducted on mice at this point, it suggests that fertility and egg development may continue long after birth. "

i came across "Fast Mimicking vs. Traditional Fasting" recently. what is the mental and physiological effects of fasting in general? the explanation of a Fast Mimicking was to keep nutrient and minimize calories. the mechanism of action is that it helps shrink your organs and limits growth hormones. starting eating again kicks up your growth hormone to help grow healthy tissue instead of overgrown tissue (aka cancer potential) something sound off with this idea of shrinking organs in a fast as a means to prevent cancer.

@gotteskind_7 is a lot of health about eating ok , keeping moving, and avoiding harms, sure.... and that is all part of a health team.... i'm talking about more on getting specific guidance for me, based in science.

@RustyShakleford1 docs everywhere are narcissists 😅 , i joke, but it does take a certain type of person to be a doc.... on the healthcare in canada though, do they have comprehensive health teams that actually care? answers questions, listens to concerns, actually address those concerns ? docs where i am just , ask questions without looking at you, tell you to go to a specialist in the county over, and send you to the counter to pay your bill..... do they follow up with you about the results ? nah do they even check if you went to the specialist? nah. do they ask your health goals? nah.
