"coward" & "courage" need positive definitions. 1) this video seems to only define what is NOT courage. is courage only competative AGAISNT opression? in states of peace are all people cowards then? doe this mean we must ALWAYS have an enemy to keep up the facade of "courage". (i am do not like ideas that are simply AGAINST other ideas. an idea should stand on its own.) 2) why was america not on the list of steps to destruction!?!??! --- courage as "standing on ones own convictions"... the REEALLLLY sets up VILLIANS to be the MOST courageous... for simply the LOUDEST person to be the MOST courageous, the person that is most willing to close their eyes stomp their feet and plug their ears to be the MOST courageous.

" spontaneous " can be said to "imply a natural process that arises from within"... but that doesn't mean that's the case. resigning to , essentially magic, is not acceptable to me. they are certainly cases of anomalous recovery. but to say "If the body can bring itself back from the brink of death and cure itself from diseases believed to be terminal, then its capacity for healing is far greater than most of us realize." is reckless and a kin to the religious practices of resigning oneself to the healing power of prayer while denying all modern medicine. or likewise, praying while receiving treatment and then attributing healing to solely the prayer and not the treatment. "On the one hand there are the physical factors that contribute to healing, these include changes to diet, regular exercise, improving the quality of sleep, and the breaking of addictions to drugs or alcohol. Factors related to the health of the body are crucially important to our ability to heal." this is just ... normal healing. this ides of "self /-transformation" ... that's just mental health. mental health has been linked to hormone production that of course effect us physically too. non of this is " spontaneous ", it is our biology.
