  2. i had FICO 724, applied for a home improvement 18 month financing.. got denied. the came back with a letter saying that through THIER proprietary algorithm i was only worth a 550 score. ridiculous. these credit scores are out of control and need to be abolished. or at least regulated. .

  7. i am ethically against balnket "real estate investment" .. housing is NOT a commodity. there is room for real estate investment on commercial space though, and luxury space. any method of extraction away from the wealthy, i am game for. sell them hyped products, tax them, legally scam them. anything and everything to robbinhood the wealthy. deflate their egos and remind them they are mortals.
