  2. um.. i think you are under emphasizing what the justices do.... the justices are "expected to remain neutral, deciding cases based on the Constitution, legal principles, and prior case law. " to even say "the word of law" is a gross misrepresentation of the justices INTERPRETATIONS of the law. please go pick up a book.

  6. this is exactly why when right-wingers says they are fiscal conservative , i laugh... they don't understand the economy at all. if they did, they would be all for preventative care. preventative measures are nearly always cheaper ( aka, financially conservative. )

  7.  @mcbean1  so now carpooling is just for vehicles with OTHER licensed drivers in it? school buses can't HOV? or for that matter, commercial or city busses have to be stopped and each passenger checked for driver licenses? states that want to start defining medical conditions as legal people have to deal with the FULL consequences of their definitions and give ALL rights to said people.

  13. yup the issue is that Maga runs on hate and stupidity, they are at the brink of simply not being capable of understanding satire. this is not a new issue either. its a multi decade epidemic. these are the same people that saw the movie Starship Troopers and AGREED with it. the same reason when giving a religious person the hypothetical of the exact story they believe about gods, but shifting it to a god they do not believe in, it short circuits their brain. they can not hold their god hypothetical and another god hypothetical in their brain at once.
