  4. i think there is a gap in what is being said here... you( OP) have a real job that matters.... the rest of us have BS jobs 😅 i could totally be replaced by an AI clone. my day consists of meetings to plant pre-meetings for the meeting will we have at the end of the week to discuss the end of month summary of the other meetings. David Graeber's Bullshit Jobs: A Theory (2018) at the end of the day my real job is to not get fired while convincing them to give me o more money. 🤫 my meeting could simply be emails... but instead we use Zoom ( yes we actually use Zoom at work)

  10. the "virus" being an allegory for no-no-communist-ideology that can "corrupt" people was a horrific story choice. them young kids dont have the brains to understand why communism is no-no. the oldies know communism is no-no. Starfleet wins the day by purging the no-no-communism-ick from the kiddos. an absolutely bonkers season.

  13. we need a recut of picard into a 2 part episode about an alternative storyline where Startfleet has lost its way. like the Q episode in TNG where Picard doesn't become captain because he never nearly dies by the nausicans. but this 2 parter is kind of the opposite, that Q's lesson is that Picard could EASILY have screwed starfleet. i'll accept it all as a cliche dream sequence over what it is right now.
