  2. literally can not operate without my phone. i have 2 separate tokens to log into work. also my car insurance has the driving app that scores me discounts... soooo yeah, i need to get that insurance down. alarm, calendar, notepad, reading, all that stuff, sure no phone needed. but i dont doom scroll. i do watcch a lot of youtube, but they are all curated videos. i do not let it run. i watch just about only my subscribed channels. but i do that on m laptop

  3. 44:16 though yes... we are loosing a little part of ourselves to the AI..... this isn't new in anyway though. Marketing and the level of consumption we do today does this to us already. it is all about HOW we use the tools. if we fall for AI the way that marketing wants us too... then its all trash because marketing is trash. if we use the tool for societal goods, we might be on to something. time is money. time is the thing none of us can get back but we can spend it better. in a world where the people do not fall for consumerist marketing, in the form of AI or not, we have a chance to not lose ourselves.

  5. what sucsk about land lines is that they are nto really landlines anymore. they can be... but in my case, it is VOIP essentially. it plugs into the router.
