Clownsky will never give such an order (to surrender), because in this case he will be liquidated by the US (or British) authorities. And he doesn't want to die.

@Shining237 It is ok. As long as Israel is a friend of the United States, they can do absolutely anything and they will get nothing for it. They can kill every inhabitant of Palestine and nothing will happen to them as long as they are protected by the United States.

I can explain. Officially, neither Russia nor Ukraine declared war. This is a fact. If war is declared, Russia will have the right to strike at all NATO countries, because they will be direct participants in the war (allies). These are all prescribed rules of warfare. And this will lead to the immediate outbreak of the Third World War. That is why it should be called "the armed conflict between Russia and NATO on the territory of Ukraine." It's just that the word "war" is shorter and clearer.
