At the same time, they lost 90,000 people, 260 tanks and hundreds of armored cars and guns. As the Czech president said, Ukraine has only one attempt to win. Plus, the USA fully supports Ukraine, including the pension fund of Ukraine and salaries of officials. US have already spent $100 billion. Even if there was some kind of agreement on non-expansion of NATO, we all know that the United States easily withdraws from signed treaties at its discretion.
