The difference being the Democrats ignored Trump and closed their cities until they got control while Florida went full out inviting the worst conditions for spreading a virus in world history because Trump told them to. As a resident of British Columbia Canada where we all cooperated in the total lock down while kids did on line schooling we have 15 new cases today.
