  1. Biden pointed out that oil company profits are just under a QUARTER TRILLION. He also pointed out that the oil companies have thousands of drill permits they aren't using. And Canada doesn't export oil to the US because it's mostly tar sand and it goes to China for industrial use. Canada can't even supply itself with gasoline.
