  7. The Netherlands has one of the highest punishments in Northern and Western Europe. A 2008 study showed that laymen give the same sentences as the judges or even a little less, when they have the same information about the criminal and the case as the judges. Just because everyone says something (in this case that the Netherlands is soft on crime) doesn't mean it's true you know.

  8.  @fab3laundry  There are plenty of known signs of child SA. Like knowing se,ual things inappropriate for one's age, being afraid of non-se,ual physical contact etc. I've never heard of wearing multiple layers of clothes though.

People have eyeballs and minds of their own, and can see things about you even if you don't tell. A child wearing multiple layers of shorts is bound to be noticed. In this case, this boy didn't tell anyone about wearing multiple shorts, someone else (probably his mother) saw it and shared this info with the public. If this was something that many victims of SA did, it'd be known, just like other signs. Honestly, I think you're trying to look like you belong to an exclusive club, and make other people feel like clueless outsiders. Really lame.
