@wlysam1600 The only ones who can do this are lonely unemployed people. Most people have jobs, partners, children and friends, so life decides for them when they go to sleep, wake up, and what they do during their day.

FireJach People should go to sleep and get up, and live their lives in general based on what's needed right now, not based on science. A person who has important or exciting things going on will not care about getting enough sleep or whether they're a morning or an evening person.

@roblianoofficial So you get up at 10-11 AM because of your circadian rhythm. That means you can't do anything before that. If your wife goes into labor at 7 AM you'll hand her over to paramedics and go back to sleep, so you can work with your natural circadian rhythm. That sounds f'd up 😕

@roblianoofficial Most people can't choose to do their things at the part of the day when they're more energetic. For example, whether you're an evening or a morning person, you have to bring your children to school in the morning and go to friends' birthdays in the evening.

Most people have school, jobs, families, friends, or some combination of these, so there are more forces shaping their lives than their own plans. Everyone can figure out for themselves when they need to go to sleep and get up to do the things that matter to them.
