How will subsidies increase the demand for energy? Will poor people leave their thermostat on 30°C all the time, shower for 2 hours every day, and leave the stove burning while not cooking?

@DanA-nl5uo No, 98% of Uruguay's electricity comes from renewable sources. It doesn't mean that cooking, showering, central heating and cars and ambulances run on renewable energy too.
