TheMystery Gamer obviously that in and of itself isn’t a good reason to vote for someone, but having minorities in power and role model positions is a great way for people to dissolve, even if just slightly, their prejudices against that minority whether implicit or explicit. If literally everything was the same about Bernie but he was a Native American or black woman or something I would vote for them over the other due to that value. But that issue I don’t think is on the same level of importance as most policy positions the candidates have
