@DarknessGuard fair, I think the term cancel culture has been way too politicized by the right to be useful though especially when it’s never called such when they do it more often than anyone else. We should just describe it with accurate words rather than buzzwords

Eggs and some meat ain’t that bad in moderation
1
@ashleyjohansson230 no, it cannot. Some things are actually healthy in smaller amounts. Fruit is healthy, but it will spike your blood sugar if you eat too much because of how we’ve bred them and modified them to be practically big juice balls with less fibre. Humans are more herbivorous than we are omnivorous, but we are perfectly capable being just as healthy being omnivorous as we are herbivorous all other factors excluded.

@ashleyjohansson230 notice how specific you need to get to make a point? Red meat can amplify a blood sugar spike when eaten with carbs because of the saturated fat yes. But then don’t eat it with a high amount of carbs. With fruit, regardless the same point rings true that fruit can be healthy in moderation but not past some points. You have to specifically say how eating these things will affect your performance after you haven’t been eating them for a long time. Again all of these things are more specific circumstances and not holistic. There are omnivorous diets out there with better health outcomes than whole food plant based diets. Veganism is not the ultimate be all end all of human dietary health.

Interesting you are particularly focused on red meat when my initial comment focused particularly on eggs. Seems like a pivot, why do you have to frame things so weirdly?
1
@ashleyjohansson230 delusional. That one source you and every vegan cited doesn’t account for a million things to actually prove it’s the eggs’ fault.

@amp4105 I’m not wrong, science is on my side.
