  1. THIS. Surprisingly intelligent comment I appreciate it. Not to make this even more political but this touches on the root of the problems across all of society. Authoritarianism. The issues with police are due to this as well. Basically punitive Justice is ineffective inefficient and creates another problem in itself, and gives power to already undemocratic entities like the state and corporate power to commit these punitive acts at its own unaccountable will.
