Biden openly stated he wants MORE funding for police not less. Police are the inherent problem no matter how well you reform them.

Not to sound weird but, as a white person I agree with this and just wanna show support for your sentiments here. It's always a half measure, black people cant just do well on their own, every civil rights progress is always a half measure in compromise with authoritarian power and ultimately insincere. black liberation under our systems is still gatekept within what white people are okay with.
