  7.  @bradchristy8429  yes, because of the rule of bodily autonomy. Your rights start at what you’re allowed to do with your own body. The baby is still part of their body at that point. The state has no right to get into the business of what you’re allowed to do with your own body. People don’t tend to kill their unborn children right before delivery, that’s an extreme rarity pretty much only done in emergencies and where the baby has little chance of surviving anyways. And should be up to the person who’s pregnant firstly.
