  9.  Mr Drake  sure I hope you’re not joking disrespectfully because I’d be glad to help you, centralization is basically when more power is consolidated in the hands of fewer people. So for example the Nazis in their takeover removed many position of government so that the power of those sectors would be in their hands. Centralization of power is what people are talking about when they say top-down organizing instead of horizontally organizing. A decentralized system means power isn’t in the hands of a few but proportionately distributes across it. More power over your own lives and less over other people. Speech is centralized in our system because the media is owned and controlled by very few people at the top who are able to control the way we talk with each other etc. The media does not accurately represent the views of the average person the media serves.
